Hello, Iam Omar , Iam a network engineer , i have worked in Palestine university, Gaza, Palestine for 15 years before being bombed by the israeli army. Iam one of the Halabi family members, this is our building in Gaza before being bombed by Israeli air strikes

Me and my family which consists of 16 members, nine of them are children left our home under continuous shelling, bombardments and threats from Israelis air strikes and their menace to completely blow up our neighbourhood.

We left our beautiful building without taking our clothes, and other important needs.

We decided to head to Rafah in 14th of October, to seek safety and security as it was supposed to has.

Unfortunately from that date until now, we are still in Rafah facing suffers and obstacles in providing clean food, water and other necessities to our children. 7 months and still facing fear, danger,diseases and threats in the place of displacement without any financial income , without any help or support from any institution.

We didnot get any financial income from that date until now.

The pictures above show our homes which we used to live in peacefully before war, were bombed by an israeli air strike and the 3 high floors were fully destructed , at which we lost all the resources in our building involves our solar energy system which costed more than 20000 dollars.

We still have hope and patience to return to our home and repair what was destructed, we are waiting but unfortunately the war continues and didn't stop until now.

Can you imagine the catstrophe we live here in Gaza!! If i decided to save my family and evacuate them out from Gaza to the Republic of Egypt, the required cost to provide security and safety is 35000 dollars. That's insane !!!
