Help Alessa Get Fixed

Hi! My name is Alessa, and I am a trans woman living in the UK. I've been fighting for my healthcare since 2017. I've been on HRT for two years, and am currently having treatment to remove my facial hair. The majority of my transition-related care to date has been through private providers, as the NHS is failing its trans patients (not only through their outrageously long waiting times, but also through the standard of care they provide, which is neglectful and cruel).
