Help Alex and Mario through flood disaster

Hello All, 

Alex and Mario's condo was flooded yesterday leaving their belongings and condo that they rent completely ruined.  The fire alarm and sprinklers started going off out of nowhere.  Rightfully so, Alex ran to get the fire extinguisher.  In the process Alex punched her hand through glass, hurting herself (she is currently in the hospital).  When Alex returned with the fire extinguisher to help Mario, there was no fire but instead water coming from every direction of their home.  Water was flooding from light sockets, light bulbs, and sprinklers going off every which way for 20 minutes.  We all know how damaging water can be so as you can imagine their home is now inhabitable and their furniture and personal belongings have been destroyed. They do not have renters insurance.  On top of all of this, Alex just graduated law school and is prepping for the BAR exam.  They are distraught and reluctant to ask for help.  They need to find a new home to rent asap and they need to replace everything damaged from the flood.  Lets band together and lend a hand to these two young thriving people in order to recover from this abrupt and seriously misfortune event.  Together we can make it happen, thank you all in advance.
