Help Alex Get Home for the Holidays!

Please help us get Alex reunited with his family for the holidays. Alex moved to Maryland over six years ago fleeing severe persecution from MS-13 and the police in El Salvador. Since then, he has never left the United States and has built his life here. Alex is devoted to caring for his family. His life partner and her four children have recently moved to the United States, also fleeing violence and persecution in El Salvador. Alex is the rock of their family and provides significant financial and emotional support to his partner and her children, who call him “Papa Alex”.

Alex’s grandmother has lived in the United States for several decades but she is now 80 years old and suffers from severe health conditions. She desperately needs the support of her grandson. Yet Alex has been detained for over a year. He has missed children’s milestones, birthdays, and all the everyday joys of being with loved ones.

This holiday season, Alex dreams of being reunited with his family. Please support this fund so Alex’s family can pay his bond and secure his release from ICE detention.
