Help Alexis and Her Family Rebuild After a Devastating Fire

I am reaching out to ask for your support for my coworker and friend, Alexis, and her family, who recently suffered a devastating house fire.

What started as a small dryer fire quickly escalated when strong winds reignited flames outside their home, ultimately causing significant damage and forcing them to evacuate. In the chaos, they were only able to grab a few days’ worth of clothing before being displaced. They are currently staying in a hotel, trying to process everything while also ensuring their children feel safe and supported during this incredibly traumatic time.

The road ahead is uncertain. They will be displaced for at least eight weeks, if not longer, as they figure out how to rebuild their home and replace essential belongings. On top of everything, Alexis’s daughter, who already struggles with anxiety, is now even more scared and stressed, adding another layer of difficulty to this heartbreaking situation.

I am setting up this GoFundMe to help ease their burden and provide some relief as they navigate this crisis. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward housing, clothing, food, and other necessities they need to get back on their feet.
