Help Alexis Gain Independence with a Car

Hello everyone!
My name is Alexis. I'll be turning 58 this year. I live alone in extremely rural Kentucky. I'm disabled but not eligible for full disability so I am on Social Security Supplemental income. I have a secure place to live, a single wide trailer but it's a nice one. Everything works, even has ceiling fans, plenty of room for one person. I have several animals I care for, and a big yard. I have all the appliances a person needs to live normally, including laundry.
That being said my bills fairly eat most of my cheque. I manage okay although high electricity bills in winter tend to set me back for the entire summer. I feel blessed to be able to live here, but I'm creating this because I have a dire need, and I'm praying someone can help.
I live many miles from any town and I have no car. I live down a driveway that can best be described better as a hiking trail, and it's about 2 football fields long, with a very steep hill, all dirt, clay when wet. I live right next to a highway, but over a guardrail. The whole highway is either no shoulder or a guardrail, so it's incredibly dangerous to walk or ride a bike. There are many logging and gravel trucks as well.
It's too far and too dangerous to walk to town and getting a ride is always difficult and costs money. I don't have any help, and I'm so isolated I only see anyone maybe twice a month for an hour or two, to get groceries, which I have to buy an entire month's worth at once, since I am limited in how often I can get out. I used to have friends but I was the only one with a car, and it's been a couple of years now.
I don't have a credit history, and I'm not eligible to take out a loan. I don't own anything I can use for collateral either. I'm asking 3500 based on the available cars I have seen around here, used of course, but good enough to get me back and forth, without killing me on insurance. My driveway demands a 4 wheel drive unfortunately, but there are some decent ones out here averaging between 4 and 5K. I always keep my eyes open for cheaper, but I never have enough even when I do find them.
Please, anything you can do to help would be hugely appreciated. My mental health would appreciate it. My friends would appreciate it. I could integrate back into society again, and start trying to live a halfway normal life. I'm not lazy, I used to pick up little jobs in town since I have tools and know how to use them. I can dig my way out of a hole, but not without a shovel. Please? I desperately need your help.
To anyone who has helped me in the past, you are hugely appreciated, and please, if you don't have it, don't donate again. I already don't feel great doing this, but it was requested that I do.
Thank you so much.
