Alfonso Cortez dedicated his life to improving communities around Los Angeles with the landscaping business he built from the ground up, through hard work and perseverance. Alfonso is an integral part of the community, always going above and beyond to care for green spaces with dedication and pride. He and his wife are kind and generous to everyone they meet.

The Cortez family lost not only their home, but also everything Alfonso needs to run his business. All of his trucks, tools, and equipment have been destroyed.

Now he and his family are starting from scratch, with few resources to rebuild an entire life that was lost in a matter of hours. Any donation, no matter how small, will help them get back on their feet and Alfonso rebuild his business so he can continue doing what he loves.
