Help Alice receive lifesaving Cancer treatment

I am Beverly Kegley, Co-Chair of the Franklin County Interfaith Council. This is the story of Miss Alice Nicholson, a beautiful, loving, 72 year old woman, whose desire is to beat cancer, spend time with her 3 children and 4 grand children, and return to the Food Ministry, of which she is a most important part.
  Miss Alice Nicholson is one of the "Food Ladies" of the Franklin County Interfaith Council.  We distribute food on a weekly and/or as needed basis to people in our rural North Carolina County (Franklin). This is something that Miss Alice does with a willing heart and she derives so much joy from the wonderful folks on her delivery route. 
A few months ago Alice was not feeling well and could not make her delivery rounds. She was suffering with diverticulosis.  During her medical work-up it was discovered that she was also suffering from Pancreatic Cancer, stage 4. 
She sought a second opinion at UNC hospital here in NC.  Same prognosis and no hope. Alice is nothing if not positive. She and her family sought treatment from Cancer Center of America in GA. She is now in a very aggressive treatment program. This involves an 8 hour car trip to GA, one night of rest, 6 hours of Chemo on day one; and  wearing a 10 pound Chemo pump for 2 more days. The side effects include vomiting, fatigue and severe diarrhea. As soon as the pump is removed she starts the 8 hour trip back to NC.

Help is needed for travel expenses of(she has at least 3 more trips to GA) gas, food, and lodging. She can not do the driving . Someone must go with her and if her son drives a female companion also needs to go to help with the effects of the Chemo. 
Gas for one vehicle
Food for 2 - 3 people
3 nights lodging for 2 -3 people
It would be a blessing to have funds for an extra night after the 3 days of Chemo.
