Help Alicia Focus on Her Son's Recovery

We have started this GoFundMe to help support a friend and her family during a time where finances should be the last thing on their minds. This is our friend Alicia and her family. Alicia's 2-year-old son is set to have Heart Surgery in early July. Between appointments, travel, and an upcoming surgery, that comes with financial stress and with your donations, this would help relieve stress so that they can focus on their child's recovery.

Alicia is the type of person that will go above and beyond to help someone when they need it. She would literally give someone the shirt off her back. She has been a 911 Dispatcher for Stone County Emergency Services for 10 years; Alicia is our Training Coordinator as well as a dispatch floor supervisor. She brings Joy to everyone she encounters. She truly is the life of the party. She pours her heart into not only the community she works for, but the people she works with. She is always first in line with her unwavering support for the people she loves. On many occasions she has funded things from her own pocket making sure the people she cares for don't go without. She is a dedicated, supportive, loving, wife to a Law Enforcement Officer and a mother of two energetic little boys.

She is always the last person to ever ask for help. But those who know Alicia, know she is more than deserving of this gesture. We want nothing more than to give her the support which would allow her to be fully invested in being there with her son.
