Help Dr. Kerr (Big Fun) Get Her Car Back in Shape!

Many of you know Alicia Kerr, also known as Big Fun, Dr. Crazy, and Dr. Kerr. She’s been program leader of students working on their second chance when traditional schooling hasn't worked for them and for students working to improve their English language and graduate high school. For over twenty years, Dr. Kerr has been a steadfast presence in our community, always putting others first. But right now, she needs our help.

For years, Dr. Kerr has driven her Highlander, constantly putting others before herself, but her car is now in desperate need of repair. The hood is rusting, with holes beginning to form that could lead to severe damage to the engine. A local body shop in Alief, Body Solutions (7000 Baneway Suite A), has generously offered to repaint the hood for just $500—a steep discount to help our beloved educator. (dependent on how bad the rust/holes are)

However, Dr. Kerr is going through a tough time. Recently, a significant home repair expense due to an AC line overflowing has set her back financially. Despite this, she continues to give her last dollar to others in need.

Let’s show Dr. Kerr the same kindness and generosity she’s shown so many of us. We’ve set up this GoFundMe to help her get the repairs she needs, so she can continue serving her students without the worry of her car falling apart. Every little bit helps!
