Help Alisa through treatment and recovery

Hello friends and family it took a lot for me to do this. As I don’t like asking for help. However with what I am going through I have learned it is ok to ask for help. Back in January I started an uncertain journey. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer stage 1B3. In February I had a robotic radical hysterectomy. Recovery was rough but my husband and and my mom were amazing and helped me through it. I was out of work for 3 weeks. I have just recently gone back to work part time. I had a doctor visit the other day and found out that I will need full pelvic radiation. Treatment will be 6 weeks long Monday through Friday. I do not know how my body will respond and what kind of side effects I will have. I am terrified but am trying to stay positive for myself and family. With the help of my family and Husband I have had tremendous support and it has helped me stay positive. Myself being out of work has really put stress on our financial situation and even with having insurance medical bills are piling up. I have learned so much from this whole experience and have grown in so many ways. If there is one thing I would tell anyone reading my story it would be. Ladies please listen to your body and don’t put off Pap smears. I was scared to get my paps due to the results I may get. I am so grateful that I finally listened and went in. I could have a way worse diagnosis than I do if I would have put it off longer. With that being said My family and I would greatly appreciated if your able to help and if your not able to donate please share my page in hopes that someone else can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
