Help Alisha kick cancers butt

Who am I? I'm Naomi, mother of two and sister to a whole swag of people! But this story isn't about me, it's about one of those people who have me as a sister. Her name's Alisha. She's 37, a single mother of two and grandmother to a squishy little baby boy.
So far it's all pretty standard stuff, right? Well, as of 6 weeks ago, Alisha learnt she had cervical cancer. Stage 1, nothing to worry about, we fix this stuff all the time, bit of surgery, she'll be right mate.
Sadly this story doesn't have a "she'll be right" kind of ending (yet). It turns out that Alisha's cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and is actually stage 3.
At the end of last year, as this cancer sunk it's claws into Alisha, exhausted all the time and finding it too hard to meet her full time work obligations she left her full time job for a casual one.
With a feeling of foreboding, Alisha took out a life insurance policy, but not knowing anything about what she needed to look out for, can't access any of it to help her fight for her life. Or to support herself and her 11 year old daughter in the meantime.
It's hard for Alisha to ask for help, she's usually the one getting in and getting the job done, but sadly now it's not an option. Maybe you can help.
All funds raised will go to Alisha to help cover day to day expenses.
I can't beat her cancer but worth your help, we can give her some peace of mind so she can concentrate 100% on getting well.
As Alisha says, "I hope my body is strong enough for this treatment because I'm not ready to be done yet" and we're not ready for her to be done yet, either.
