I'm Ashley, Alisha's step-mother. Alisha's mother, Amber, does not have any sort of social media and has asked for help creating a go fund me for Alisha. Alisha is a strong young woman and has gone through so much medically her whole life and will continue this medical journey throughout her future. Alisha was born with Gastroschisis, Mitochondrial Myopathy and Arthrogryposis. Because of these conditions Alisha has undergone multiple surgeries.

Alisha is a vibrant and loving young woman whose infectious laughter and kind heart brighten the lives of those around her. From a young age, she has faced significant health challenges with courage. She is an inspiration to many.

Alisha has undergone an astonishing 64 medical procedures throughout her life, including recent multiple complex abdominal surgeries. These challenges have necessitated extensive hospitalizations and specialized care, often requiring travel across the state and out of state. The emotional and physical toll on Alisha and her family has been significant.

The financial burden of Alisha’s ongoing medical care, including travel, accommodations, medical treatments, and specialized equipment, has become overwhelming.
