Help Alissa acquire new equipment

My assistant trainer Alissa works so hard at my barn. She is working her way through the Equine program at Delaware Valley University, which she pays for herself while working 3 jobs. She is a great horsewoman, a hard worker, and really WANTS it.

Alissa has the worst luck in the world, and hit a deer a few days ago, totaling her cute little car.

Her dad procured her a rental, which was STOLEN while she ate lunch.

Her riding helmet, her boots, her wallet/ID/purse etc, were all taken.

Alissa doesn’t EVER ask for handouts. She’s too proud. She works hard for everything and is always grateful and happy for the opportunities given to her. But she’s also a young woman who is living hand to mouth and trying her very hardest to finish her degree, work in an atmosphere where she can learn the things she needs to improve in this niche industry, And with the current pandemic, she has not been able to teach riding lessons for two months, which has put a large strain on her financially.

Her insurance will pay for only some of her car, andthe rental company may not pay for the losses of the riding equipment which she needs for work as well as for school. 

We have had several people ask if they can donate money to replace her lost belongings and help her to pay for the repairs to her car, or help her to get a new one. I hope that with this small fundraiser,  we can spend good cheer and help her to get back to normal.
