Help Alissa and kids move to a new place

I’m currently trying to get my best friend and her 2 kids out of an uncomfortable situation .
The boyfriend ( kids father ) just recently expressed that he wants nothing to do with Alissa or the kids. 
They are all living in the home the boyfriend is paying for and currently resides in as well. This is the only place they have to stay right now.. Alissa has been a stay at home mom for 3 years, working on the side when she can while raising her kids, Alayna who is 3 years old and has been previously diagnosed autism & baby Christopher who is going to be 2 this year.

 
Alissa is trying to wait until June to hopefully save up to get out of this house but, I would like to get her and the kids out of there as soon as possible. Living with someone who doesn’t even want them there must be an uncomfortable environment to constantly be in.

Please help me help my friend who happens tobe the sweetest, most caring, sensitive soul and not to mention the best mother I have ever met.  HELP me get her and the babies out of this house and into a place they can live happily.
