Help Allia and Sokha after they lost their home

Last Monday 1/23, my bestfriend Allia and her mother Sokha lost their home due to a fire, their family has been through a lot in the last few years, we are creating this to help ease some of the financial burden.

Allia was asleep around 930pm, she woke up to a very loud explosion, unaware what it was. She said she started to feel hot and sweaty and didn’t know what was happening because it was dark. She grabbed her phone, glasses and a pair of shoes and ran from the third floor. She rushed out her room because she smelt the smoke and ran down the stairs, saw that the whole house was filled with smoke, coughing screaming and crying for help. She struggled to get the front door to open and was coughing so much but thankfully she got it open right on time.

Nobody knew Allia was in the house sleeping or checked to see if anyone else was home. She’s a survivor and we are blessed Allia made it out in time.

Unfortunately Allia and Sokha lost their home, most of their belongings, and Allias cat, Oscar, did not make it out.
