Help Allison and the kids get home!

Hi everyone- as I've shared with many of you, two years ago I was finally able to leave my abusive marriage after obtaining an emergency protective order. Unfortunately, this was merely the beginning of a new chapter in the fight for our freedom. My divorce from my children's father has been long, costly, and exhausting. After losing my job this summer I filed an order seeking the ability to move. We are currently under orders in which I am not allowed to move my children from our rental home without approval from their father. Aka the person who pled guilty to family violence and has no desire to help my situation. The main problem is that our rental home has increased $500 in monthly rent due to the rising costs in Austin, and as the only financial provider for my children, I can no longer manage this cost. We are fortunate that our landlord has been flexible, and I have been making two-week payments at a time. I filed a request for relief from these orders back in August and our original hearing in September was canceled without reason. After refiling, I was finally able to see the judge today.... but he requested more time to review. The judge assured me that I will have new orders in place as of 10/17, but the bottom line is that I do not have the funds available to keep the house paid for until then. I've already taken out loans, sold everything I could, etc to keep the house these extra two months during this process. Praying that by putting this out into the universe that it will all come together.
