Help Alma Alexander With The Loss of her Husband
Donation protected
Thank you so much to everyone who donated to this fundraiser! Alma is very grateful, and her message of thanks is posted below. We have notified the top three donors, and two randomly selected donors, how to collect their gifts. We have sent a link to Tabitha St. Germain's "thank-you" recording to all donors on the list--if it looks like we've missed you, or if you have trouble accessing the recording, please let us know.
In the meantime, if you would like to help Alma, while also reading some excellent fantasy fiction, please consider subscribing to her Patreon .
We are so grateful for your help and support, and here is Alma's message:
Dear... everybody.
For somebody who makes a living with words I have none. I'm finding it difficult to believe that I am writing this in the context that I'm writing it in - but I cannot believe that this fundraiser hit its mark. They never do. THEY NEVER DO. I was hoping that it might get halfway before time ran out and we had to close it down - and that would have helped immensely - but you guys - YOU GUYS - you bought me a breathing space. You made things possible... that might not have been possible before.
I am humbled and deeply grateful.
I wish I could send books to everybody - but I'm sending out a signed hardcover first edition copy of "Secrets of Jin Shei" - the fundraiser organizers will pick a name. I'm sorry that there's just the one I wish I could somehow say - show - thanks to everyone. But I AM sitting here in tears and I AM saying thank you.
I would never have believed it. But it happened.
THANK you.
