I am alma from Gaza and I am 14 years old.  

My family consists of 10 members

Before the displacement and separation, I lived in the northern area of Gaza, which is now known for extreme hunger and difficult living conditions

‏i used to live a peaceful and beautiful life, going to school and meeting my friends, but suddenly the war began, and on the second day of the battle, the occupation asked us to leave our house, stormed the area, took control of it, and forced us under heavy bombardment to leave from northern Gaza to southern Gaza. To the city of Rafah - we owned a beautiful house before the occupation stormed it and partially damaged it, source of income, our pharmacy, as well as our car, have been affected. We have been displaced—some of us are still inside Gaza, while others are outside, due to the closure of the border crossing

‏in addition to being severely damaged by rockets, shells and bullets, in addition to the fact that we had big and beautiful dreams, but the war blew up all our dreams and plans. I haven’t been to school for a year, and our schools have turned into shelters. We have lost our right to education and the chance to build a future

My dream was not just my dream; It was a collective dream shared with my brothers and sisters. Together we looked to break the chains of adversity that bound our families, rebuild what we lost, and chart a new path toward a brighter future
