Help Altadena family & dogs after eaton canyon fire

On Jan 8th, our world was turned upside down when the Eaton Canyon fire tore through our community in Altadena and our street Mcnally.

After 18 years of calling Altadena home, we lost everything besides our van and our dogs this morning. We are officially homeless. Our house, our 3 cars, our many motorcycles, and nearly all of our belongings, the spell irreplaceable little things. The fire took our dog’s stuff, my dog training gear, our clothes (the few we managed to grab in a rush), and countless irreplaceable keepsakes and memories.

I still can’t believe this is real and happened.

We’ve lived in Altadena for almost two decades, and in that time, we created a life full of love, laughter, and cherished moments. All of that is now gone. But what breaks our hearts the most is not just the physical loss – it’s the memories, the things that can never be replaced.

We’ve received an outpouring of love and support from friends, family, and even strangers who’ve reached out asking how they can help. So, after much thought, it was suggested to create this GoFundMe to give those who want to contribute an opportunity to do so.

How your donation will help:

* We’ll need to replace essential items like clothing, shoes, plates, tables, and personal belongings.

* Dog equipment: Our dog family members also lost everything and they are everything to us. We need to get them new supplies and equipment.

* Transportation: With the loss of our three cars and many motorcycles, we’ll need help securing basic transportation.

* Long-term recovery: The road to recovery will be long, and your support will help us get back on our feet while we navigate the process.
