Help Amalia Rebuild after Robbery

After a lifetime of hard work and saving, our beloved Amalia and her husband Alejandro finally were able to buy a house in Brooklyn.  The builder they hired to repair the house took their money and abandoned the project.  At this point, it looks like they will be unable to recover the $30,000 they invested in making the house habitable.  Amalia has been and is family to our family.  She and her family have embraced our family in ways that have forever changed our lives.  These are people who are always giving.  We never ask our friends to give to charitable contributions, but we feel strongly that they need our help at this time.  Thank you so much for any amount of money you can give.  With sincere thanks, John and Susie
