Help Gianna Stay With Her Parents - Help Us Get A Lawyer

I’m Amanda, a 22 year old mom and this is my 3 year old daughter, Gianna. We have been going through some tough living circumstances from our stuff being stolen, my daughter being abused, property being broken and all my daughters clothes and toys being thrown in the trash. We started this GoFundMe in hopes to raise funds for the fees for legal representation and possibly a vehicle to get back and forth to work, court and Gianna’s activities and first months rent for our apartment.

Our current goal is set to $4,000 to start, we aren’t asking for any certain amount from anyone but anything truly helps right now. We lost over $16,000 worth of personal items when we had to flee our home with the help of the police and a domestic escort.

If we were fortunate enough to surpass our original goal, left over money will be used for food, clothes, diapers, bathroom items, and replacing necessities that were lost during our move.

NO EXACT AMOUNT IS ASKED OF ANYONE, but anything can/WILL HELP!! Thank you to anyone and everyone who helps and donates to help my family!

INFORMATION:

We made this GoFundMe for helping with expenses during this very tragic situation. My egg donor has decided to file false claims and charges against me in hopes of tarnishing my character and reputation. I have documentation of the claims being false and am currently working with a public defender to get this resolved.

We still do not have a family lawyer at this time and are trying to raise the funds for one since my egg donor is the reason for all of these legal troubles and defamatory claims being made. If you’d like more information about my situation feel free to contact me directly as I can’t share much on here since they are always watching and trying to get this taken down!

All of my belongings have been destroyed or stolen including all of my religious tools and collections, and even my deceased fathers ashes since leaving on May 20th and I only left with my business inventory, a bag of clothes and my child's belongings which was thrown away by them during the 48 hours they had her before Gianna’s father got emergency custody of her.

I’ve even gone as far as to change my phone number and block my egg donor & her family on everything she could contact me on but she still mails letters to my current address and sends me nasty emails as well as harassing my friends to relay messages to me on her behalf. I have not been in that home since May and my remaining personal belongings are being threatened even though the state police classifies that as loss of property and religious hate crimes for my tools and altars being damaged or stolen.

Anyone who knows me personally knows how hard I work to support my child and how abusive my unfortunate bloodline truly is.

All I've wanted for 3 1/2 years is a way out with my daughter so she can have a happy, healthy and safe life away from toxicity and abuse. And now we have that, along with so much legal drama that is absolutely unnecessary.

Please help me help my daughter. I have nowhere else to turn and I feel so defeated.

This little girl is the only reason I'm still on this Earth and there isn't a thing I wouldn't and haven't done for her in her almost 4 years of being alive.
