Help Amanda and her family rebuild their home!!

My name is Lindsay and I'm starting this fundraiser in hopes it will help an amazing family that lost everything they owned today in a fire!!!!

This afternoon our county was under extreme fire danger and unfortunately a grass fire started not far from my own home. Due to high winds I spread quickly and multiple fire departments were called to help but they were unable to get it under control before it reached the home of Amanda and her family. They had literally minutes to exit leaving with only the clothes they had on! Their family home of 12 years was a total lose including one of their vehicles, family memories and their sweet family bird!! The family dog ran back into the home we are assuming looking for someone or something and is currently at the emergency veterinary clinic being treated for burns and on oxygen to clear out his lungs!

Until today I didn't know Amanda but there was something that made me drive a 1/2 mile down the road and find her!!! I sat and talked with her while sitting across from what they use to call home. We talked about the struggles in life and not understanding why things happen!! She is go grateful that her husband, herself and her grand babies (ages 2 and 5) made it out unharmed. She knows that material things can be replaced but it doesn't make loosing the memories any easier!!!

I created this fundraiser in hopes it will help with all the unexpected expenses they are now facing. Their home was not insured so they will be starting from scratch and will need to be replacing everything!! They also have the rising vet bill for the treatment of their fur baby which has almost reached $2000.

So please help this amazing family restart their lives as quickly as possible!!!
