Help Amanda, Chris, Attie, and Cash!

On Saturday November 11th, a day that started out so perfect ended tragically with a house fire and the loss of two dogs lives. Chris, Amanda and their two small children all headed into Chicago to attend Amanda’s sister’s wedding. Amanda was the Matron of Honor, Attie was the Flower Girl and Cash was the Ring Bearer. They were having the time of their lives until they received that devastating phone call from the fire department.

Immediately they left and headed to their house. They were devastated to learn that they had lost everything including their two cherished dogs. One was an American Bully named Dexter (aka Dex the Dog) and the other was a Miniature Weiner named Wallus (aka Wallus Gerald Rademacher). With this heartbreaking news, they were able to find comfort in hearing that Dexter tried to save himself as well as Wallus.

 Chris, Amanda and family were very fortunate to not have been at home at the time of the fire. This horrific tragedy has devastated the family as well as all of us the know and love them deeply. We hope that this ‘GoFundMe” will in some way help them to begin to put their lives back together. Any help would be greatly appreciated and is truly needed.
