Help Amanda with her immediate medical care
Donation protected
My sister Amanda (pictured above with Miss Charlotte), was involved in a traumatic accident Saturday, April 3rd, at a local park. Amanda was working, driving a draft horse and carriage, full of children. A dog viciously attacked the horse while on the trail. Amanda had no choice but to intervene, to keep the riders in the carriage and the bystanders safe, while also trying to help Miss Charlotte fight off the dog attacking her. Because of Amanda’s immediate, fearless actions, no one else was injured besides herself and her horse, Miss Charlotte. Amanda sustained multiple injuries. She has pending testing of her injuries that could very likely require surgery. She also has a head injury and a confirmed broken foot. Amanda has 2 injured legs, can not walk or put weight on either leg/foot. These injuries alone, will keep her out of work for a minimum of 8 weeks. Amanda is self employed and uninsured. She is so loving of people, animals and her whole community. I am reaching out to our community of friends for many prayers and donations if you can help. Any little bit would be a blessing to Amanda. Thank you from Amanda’s family and friends.
