Help Amber and kids rebuild after fire

I am Amber's mom and Nanny to her 3 children. On February 27th at around 5am Amber was awake and heard a noise in her bedroom. Seconds later she could smell something and then her neighbours were pounding on the door yelling to get outside. She woke her three children up in a panic and they all ran outside with nothing but the clothes on their back. Not even a few minutes later windows started blowing out and flames were shooting out of the windows next door to their home. Her youngest daughters bedroom was inches away from the flames.

I was sleeping at home at 5:30 in the morning when I was awakened by a loud knock on my door I opened my door with my other 2 girls telling me I have to come right away. My heart sunk and I got ready and they told me Amber was rushed out of her townhouse caused by a fire next door. Thank the good lord they all escaped safe! Amber is a single mom who just got this unit July last year and was just settling in to after a separation and making a home for her children. She used all of her money from separation and just purchased all household furniture and essentials new to make a happy home for her and her children after being homeless for months. This is devestating as she now has to start over again. 

Her daughter suffers from Autism Spectrum Disorder and has severe anxiety (fires is one of the things she feared most before this) so things will certainly be tough in the coming months for all them. Her room suffered the most as it was right next to the fire. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
