Help Amber with Bear’s bills

On March 22, 2021, a neighbor shot Bear. 

Amber and a friend were getting back to Amber’s apartment after spending time at the Park. Bear unexpectedly ran out the door and Amber immediately followed to round up Bear. She saw Bear with his two front paws on some steps, barking upward at a couple of men standing above. One guy yelled "please get your dog" but without hesitating or waiting, pulled his gun and shot Bear.

As of 3/27: Bear had a successful surgery and is set to be released in the next few days to begin his at-home recovery.
