Help Amber pay for Aniva’s medical expenses & cremation.

Hello! My name is Amber Childers & I hate asking for help, but I need it this time please! I would never ask for anything for myself, but my sweet Aniva is sick & just finding out what’s wrong has tapped what money I had left for any emergencies. She’s currently been diagnosed with acute kidney failure.

Aniva was born 3/7/23 & is normally a sweet, vibrant & playful girl. The last couple days she has been vomiting nonstop. Today she is lethargic, panting & weak as her kidneys are rapidly failing.

After having 2 dogs get sick each of the previous 2 years & require medical care (and ultimately euthanasia), I’m absolutely stretched financially.

I hate that caring for our pets in their most dire time of need boils down to how much money you’ve managed to save in the bank…of which I have none.

The Vet has already stated that her care is going to be over $1000 just for today to get her hydrated, stable & properly diagnosed, then I will more than likely need to pay for necessary treatments. They make it sound like they can’t help her if I don’t have the funds.

Please help me help my girl She’s family!

Edit: I updated this with a copy of her estimates. It was hard going home without her tonight. I was loaned $3000 to put toward her care, but it will still need to be repaid, so the totals you see are unchanged. I need between $4000-$6000 for her treatment. She’s a young girl & I believe wholeheartedly that she can pull through this. Every little bit helps me to save her life.

I know I’m asking for a LOT but I never ask for help with anything & I really could use my support system right now. Every dollar will go to my Aniva.
