Help América and Her Daughters Achieve Their Dream

Greetings Community:
I would like to introduce you to my stepdaughter, América, and my elementary aged granddaughters, Alice and Juliette. Five years ago, they began the arduous process of immigrating to the US from a Mexican town filled with violence. Once she has her permanent residency and green card in the beginning of January, she can come to the US and will be able to legally work from home, continue her career as a bilingual translator and remain an attentive single mother as well. She will be free and safe. She will have the chance to build a vibrant and opportunity-filled life for her family. América has faced and overcome unimaginable challenges, and now, in the final stages of this process, she needs our help.
As a single mother and educator, I know how important it is to advocate for our future generations, giving them the tools and opportunities they need to be able to fight for a better future. There are times when we can't do it alone, or the support you thought you had disappeared and we need to ask for help. My family is facing one of those moments right now.
América has completed every step of the immigration process and has finally received the dates for the final steps to obtain her permanent residency: December 18 to January 8. However, due to unforeseen and sudden circumstances, she requires more financial support than I can provide on my own.
She needs funds to flyer her and her 7 year old daughter to Mexico City and then to Ciudad Juarez(600), to pay for multiple nights in both cities, to complete medical exams ($1K each), present paperwork, pay significant fees and complete additional required in-person interviews. America must complete these final steps to obtain her (green card) permanent residency by January 2. Time is of the essence!!
Your support will help make América's dream a reality: to be free to build the life she envisions. Her greatest desire is to work and and provide opportunities for her family. She has skills as a bilingual translator and narrator of audiobooks and has an incredible drive to succeed. She plans on going to college, build a career, and provide her daughters with a good education, access to healthcare, and an environment filled with love and family support.
Once these last critical steps are completed, This amazing 25 year old and her beautiful girls will fly to Oregon to begin settling in. My son Arión (her brother) and I are eagerly awaiting their arrival. Your gift of any amount will make this happen.
A message from América:
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening to my story and for being a crucial part of overcoming this long struggle. With your help, I will be able to build a better future for my daughters and myself. Endless thanks for believing in us!"
America and Arión are siblings and he is an incredible tio to the girls!
