Help Ami Overcome Her Health Crisis

Hi there. I’m Ami and I am dealing with crippling low iron and hemoglobin. My levels are so low that they are near fatal levels. I have had seven rounds of iron infusions and my iron never climbs above a 4. I am so tired I can barely stay awake during the day. This affects my job performance and my quality of life. What causes my iron levels to be so low? I have excruciatingly heavy menstrual cycles. This monthly blood loss keeps my iron from being able to get to normal levels. My doctor has recommended that I have a complete hysterectomy to stop the bleeding.

I have great insurance but because I haven’t had a lot of health issues this year, I have $1,000 remaining to pay on my deductible before I can have my surgery. My hysterectomy is scheduled for June 26 at GRANDVIEW Hospital in Birmingham. I could really use your help in getting my deductible paid so that I can have my surgery.
