Peace to you all family, friends and kind hearted individuals,

We are starting this Go Fund Me on behalf of our beautiful mum, Amina Awalhe.

Amina is an exemplary mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. Her vast love and devotion to her husband Sabir and their 5 children Hannah, Samah, Ali, Omar and Mariam is shown in everything that she does.

In June of 2023, we received the devastating news that our mum has been diagnosed with a high grade ovarian cancer.

After undergoing surgery on June 13th, attempts to remove her tumour via a laparotomy were ultimately unsuccessful.

Recovery from surgery has left our mum too weak to undergo immediate chemotherapy treatment recommended to battle her cancer.

Besides the considerable weight loss, the wound from the surgery is not healing due to reduced immunity. The continuous inflammation makes it very difficult for the wound to heal delaying the progression of her treatment.

As a family, we are desperate to go beyond conventional medicine (which limits options to chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery). We have been researching alternative therapies to try and reverse her diagnosis and have identified the Biological Day Clinic in Switzerland, which use holistic, non-toxic therapies to support the immune system, remove built up toxins, and assist in restoring natural functioning.

We are asking for your kindness and support to help this become a reality and get our mum there.

Our mum is a compassionate individual who goes above and beyond to contribute positively to her community. She's selfless, enthusiastic and inspires others to join her in making the world a better place. We want to see her restored back to health, with us and doing what she loves doing best!
