My name is Amira Ramzy Skaik, living in Gaza strip. This is the story of my sorrow... I’m 32 years old, a mother to three precious children, living in Gaza. Our lives were once filled with joy and promise, but everything changed on a tragic day in October.In an instant, our world crumbled, and suffering became our constant companion. Each day feels like an uphill battle for survival, as we face the horrors of war and the desperation of scarcity.My youngest, just a year and eight months old, looks at me with eyes full of innocence, unaware of the hardships that surround us. It pains me deeply that I cannot provide him and my other children with the care and security they deserve.In this sea of despair, all I ask for is a glimmer of hope, a chance to escape the darkness that threatens to consume us. We cling to each other, praying for a miracle to lift us from the depths of despair and grant us a second chance at life.
