Help Amy Klopper Fight a Rare Blood Disorder-A Mothers Plea

Hello, my name is Sarah Klopper, currently living in Johannesburg, South Africa and I’m reaching out to you today with the MOST heavy of hearts. My 3-year old beautiful daughter, Amy Klopper, has just been diagnosed with leukemia. This devastating news has turned our lives upside down, and we are doing everything we can to support her through this fight…AND we do need your help.

Amy is a bright, kind, and loving little girl who brings so much joy to everyone she meets. Her spirit is infectious, and her smile and boundless energy can light up a room.

Right now, Amy is facing the toughest battle of her life. Leukemia is a cruel and relentless disease, and it requires intensive treatment, including chemotherapy, medications, hospital visits, and potential future procedures. The physical, emotional, and financial toll it takes on a family is unimaginable (unless you have travelled this road with your own child), and we are now facing that reality.

As a mom / mum, I would do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to take away my daughter’s pain and suffering; If I could take her disease into my own body and save her from it, I would do that. The costs of treatment and ongoing care are overwhelming, and despite having medical aid, there are many expenses not covered - especially when it comes to co-payments, travel and medications. My husband Wiekus and I are doing our best to stay strong for her and for her siblings… and the road ahead is uncertain and will require everything we have.

This is where we please need your help. We are asking for your generous support to help cover medical expenses, travel costs for treatments, and the unexpected financial burden this illness has placed on our family. Any amount, small or large will be completely appreciated, and every contribution will make a difference in ensuring Amy gets the care and support she needs to fight this disease.
