In Loving Memory of Amy Louise Pike
Amy Louise Pike passed away on February 12, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication. Amy was a beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, and teacher. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all who knew her, and it was clear in her final days how deeply she was cherished by her family, friends, and students.
The outpouring of support and the many people who visited or reached out during her final days is a testament to the love and impact she had on those around her. Amy's selflessness and warmth continue to live on in her children, Ella and Lucas, and her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
In honor of Amy, we are raising funds to ensure a bright and secure future for Ella and Lucas. The generosity of family, friends, and all who wish to contribute will help support their well-being and provide the resources they need as they navigate this difficult time.
Thank you for your support during this challenging time. Your kindness and compassion mean the world to the Pike family.
Original post from September 2024-
Beloved Martin High School teacher Amy Pike was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She has undergone aggressive chemotherapy treatment. While the treatment has helped to stop the cancer, it has taken its toll on her body and has caused an unexpected, lengthy hospital stay.
She has currently been away from her family, including her two young children for 12 weeks. During this time, she has been unable to return to the teaching job that she loves. Mrs. Pike and her family need our support as she continues to face this battle. We are asking for donations to help cover medical costs and other expenses so that she can focus on healing. No donation is too small. Let's show Mrs. Pike how much we support and love her for all she has done for our community!
