Help Amy (widow of Navy veteran) Honor David's Memory

Donation protected
Hello, I am Amy Ross the now widow of my late husband David Ross whom passed away on may 20th 2024. I was traveling for my job at the time, And came across a new article about my husbands death before I even knew (1 month and 4 days after his death). Nor were any of his friends, military friends, and others. His sister (although I was listed next of kin and his spouse) went and took it upon her hands to lie and state I wasn’t married to him and had him cremated without having a memorial for everyone to join or creating a obituary. All this is againt David’s wishes. Now, I am fighting for a cause of death (due to it being under investigation), I’ve had to pay thousands in legal fees for a lawyer, and have a lot more coming. Since I quit my job traveling to come back home as well as being closer to my 3 daughters, I’ve had trouble finding one since and it has been a stressful process, The last few months and especially weeks. David deserves a memorial, and I as his wife deserve his ashes. With that being said, after everything is in place I will be planning a memorial for David like he wanted and welcome any to attend. There’s a lot more with this but I will continue to update. I’m asking for any donations to help with these legal fees, the memorial I’ll soon be planning, other fees to get everything I need, as well as some help being i still have bills and now all of David’s bills as well and his debt unfortunately and most importantly 3 daughters to take care of. If anyone is willing to help I thank you so much, Even just a share. $1 would even help at this point. Thanks everyone. God bless you all. If you pray, Please pray for us all for the loss of David. (David served in the United States military, He was honorably discharged and was 100% disabled through the VA, He served our country for 12 years ranking to a naval officer with a lot who respected him). Thanks for your generosity.

Just so everyone knows, All the donations will go to legal fees and the extra fees I’ll also be paying including the memorial service, and my bills since I’ve drawn through my savings with a lot of this already… I’m planning right now hopefully October if my lawyer and I have all what we need by then. Thank you everyone.

UPDATE- Still dealing with legal challenges, As I said before finding another job here has been difficult, Going through all of my savings, Having my 3 daughters to care for, Along with other legalities. David had a good heart no matter what and anyone could tell you that, That knew that side he’s helped a lot of people when he was here and he would give the shirt off his back. David faced some mental health challenges as we all have just some worse than others. I’m trying to give him what he deserves as I was legally ruled and the papers he left as what he wanted. So these donations help me do this, Along with help contribute to what I’ve spent and the challenges I’m facing and money for my daughters. Every $1 counts, Every prayer counts, Every share. I’ve myself have helped out a lot of people and I don’t like asking for help but sometimes God says we need too. I thank everyone who’s shared and donated so far. God bless.
