Help Amy's Children Through This Heartbreak

I am raising money for my mother Amy Wood's funeral expenses and living costs for my family in our time of need & grieving.

Amy is survived by her life partner Vernon Elkins and her 3 children, Jacob Jaso 28, Jaden Wood 21, & Jessame Elkins 12. She loved nothing more than her family.

Amy was taken from us on February 3rd at 2:44am at Providence Hospital in Everett, Washington. My Mother contracted Influenza A that went into Pneumonia and progressed into both of her lungs. My mother was rushed to the hospital with a 104°F temperature and was induced into a coma to help her lungs and body try to heal. She was in the ICU at Providence Medical Center for 2 weeks. We were by her bedside and diligently praying for her recovery. My mother was improving daily then shortly before her passing, she regressed and needed multiple blood transfusions, her body was unable to handle all of the trauma and she went into cardiac arrest and passed away. The location is posted we will hold it on the 1st of March 2:00pm to 6:00pm in Everett. Thanks to your donations we were able to rent a big enough home in Everett to accommodate everyone that would like to honor my Mom Amy. At the time of my Mom's passing she was in the process of moving our family to a new home, part of the donations will go to pay move in costs such as rent, deposit, insurance, truck rental, ect. Also my sister and I plan on getting rememberance necklaces and outfits to wear on the day of my mother's celebration of life memorial. My sister and I are going to use some of the donations to travel to Hoodsport Washington where my mother lived and worked to spread some of her ashes per her wishes.
