Help an abandoned cat have a new start in life

On Sunday November 17th, 12 cats were found abandoned in my local park. Along with my amazing neighbours, we've rescued and fostered them during these recent freezing cold temperatures, and I never thought I'd be living with so many cats at once!

The majority of the cats now have new planned forever homes, and I've personally bonded with one incredibly sweet boy: an orange sleepy baby who I've named Fiesta.

Most of the cats were underweight and clearly very neglected, but ultimately healthy overall. Unfortunately, Fiesta has some abnormal issues with his ribcage and what feels like a hole in his sternum upon a first initial check-up at the vets. (Probably his first vet's visit of his life, despite the vet estimating him to be aged around one year old.)

Our local charities/shelters are currently rammed full of cats, and I want to do my best to keep Fiesta here, I just need to understand what his longer-term medical needs will be and if I'll be able to be his forever home. Your donations will immediately go towards much-needed X-Ray imaging (estimated at around £400-£500) for him, and anything raised beyond this amount will go towards vaccinations and neutering costs for this abandoned boy.

Pet insurance won't cover these costs as they'll be counted as pre-existing conditions, and I unfortunately don't qualify for any kind of monetary support from local animal organisations.

Any donations will go straight to my local vets, and will be used to help Fiesta understand that humans are supposed to help him, not hurt him.
