Help an Afghan family moving to San Jose

The Roshangar family of 4 (dad, mom, 2 small kids) evacuated Afghanistan when the government fell in August 2021 and have been in Italy, waiting to come to the US.

At the end of October they are coming to live in San Jose and need help paying for a security deposit for their apartment.

Mohammad the dad worked for the US government in Afghanistan in IT. He was threatened by the Taliban multiple times because of his support for the US.

Let's help him and his young family get started in their new life!

I've been involved in raising money to help Afghan families apply for humanitarian parole, working closely with my friend Mozhgan Rustaqi who is a brilliant Afghan-American woman. She knows the Roshangar family personally. The money raised here will go directly to pay for a security deposit in their San Jose apartment.
