Help an angel 'Laurie' find a home

My name is Dominique. Im fundraising for a friend I met not that long ago who helped me out of her kindness when she didnt know me from Adam. She works at a pick n save I go to regularly and this one day I went to check out my groceries and my card got declined. She insisted on covering me even though I assured her it wasnt a big deal if I was able to get the stuff I had picked out cause most of it was for baking. Its like she took one look at me and my 2 yr old and wouldnt take no as an acceptable answer. When i brought her muffins she was so happy and told me I didnt need to. She didnt expect me to pay her back... Just to pay it forward. I told her she was so nice and the world needed more people like her and she was so touched she was almost in tears. I went to that store today and went to say hi to Laurie. She looked so sad and upset so I asked if she was ok... She told me she just got an eviction notice after 7 yrs of living there with no reason as to why. It broke my heart and I want so bad to help her. I keep thinking how many peoples lives has this lady helped improve just by being who she is and now she's in need and is at risk of losing her home. So I want to try to raise enough for her to have a security deposit at least for a new and nice place along with some extra to help her move in and get adjusted. Im asking anyone who's willing to help or been in similar situations to help Laurie. Maybe then we can all continue to pay it forward. Thank you and God bless you!
