Help an autistic artist open a studio

Hi, my name is Nixo. My entire life has been about my art. My goal is to open a studio/shop in Auburn, NY. 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with autism. That definitely explained a lot, why I was awkward socially, why I had sensory overloads, etc. I would miss social cues and be ridiculed for it. Even job interviewers sometimes mocked me, and I had no idea why. I had just about given up when I woke up one day and realized, why not make a living doing what I love? The money will go to renting a studio space and buying very much needed equipment. So I continue making art, comics and fantasy art, and I volunteer at a youth cafe every week to inspire creativity in teens.
