Help and Support for Crow's Only Son

In Loving Memory of Felix Kofi Dzumah on behalf of his Son – Newton Kofi Dzumah

Our hearts are heavy as we share the sudden and unexpected news of the passing of our brother, son, cousin and father, Felix Kofi Dodzi Dzumah, on June 15th, 2023, as he got to his work. This memorial fundraiser is to help raise money for Felix’s only son, Newton Kofi Dzumah, who is 15yrs old.

As a single father, Felix’s whole life revolved around his son and his upbringing. They were the best of friends, not just father and son relations. Felix worked hard to fend for himself, the son, and the aged mother (who passed away last year).

As things started taking shape, unfortunately on Thursday Morning June 15th, 2023, death laid its cruel icy hands-on Felix as he sat in his office working.

Felix was an avid member of the community and took pride in sharing his knowledge with others. He belonged to many societies including Bishop Herman Old Boys Union (BHOBU) both in the US and in Ghana. Even though Felix did not have much, he was willing to share what he had with others in need. Felix was known to give the little he had to anyone he felt was more deserving than himself.

The GoFundMe is to help place money in Newton’s trust account for his college education. One of Felix’s goals was to get Newton into college. Hence the Newton (smart) name he gave him. Felix had numerous dreams for Newton, unfortunately, he is no longer here to help him with these dreams. We are here to get Newton to get there. All we can do is help Newton realize his father’s and his dreams.

Let us all come together and give back to Felix (and Newton) who gave of himself to so many of us.
