Help Andrew get through the Accident

Hello, My name is Andrew, and I am fundraising for survival. I was in A car accident yesterday, and my car was totaled. No one was hurt but me, And right now, I cant work (I work in hospitality) because I am banged up. The insurance company won't give me enough to cover the loan on the car, so I can not get a new car until I pay that. So I can't work, can't leave the house to get to the doctor, and I have almost no money. I could use some help from the internet. I am A Veteran and a Musician. I have never had to ask for help before, But I am asking now.
