Help Andrew Win Again Against Osteosarcoma

Andrew Tompkins, a cancer survivor, marked his 21st birthday in an unusual way: a routine CT scan followed by a celebratory Margarita!
Scan results were devastating. Cancer has returned. While it is treatable, it is not curable. Andrew has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Osteosarcoma.
Backstory:
Andrew, the son of my dear friend, was diagnosed with Stage 2B Osteosarcoma at the age of 19. He fought and won with pure physical strength, endurance and the most inspirational attitude and faith-based confidence. His fortitude is matched by the support of his loving family, friends and even strangers who make up his army of Andrew's Prayer Warriors.
In his first battle, Andrew endured 18 rounds of chemotherapy and three operations. He rang the cancer "remission" bell when chemo treatments were completed on August 31, 2018. At the age of 20, he was declared NED (no evidence of disease).
Not only is Andrew a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, friend and soon-to-be uncle, he is simply an outstanding, impressive young man. Andrew served as a youth leader in his church and was an accomplished high school CIF swim and dive team member. He holds the record for the Men's One Meter Six Dive Program at the University of LaVerne. Currently, he is a swim/dive student coach at his university, an artist and an advocate for young adult cancer patients, publishing an editorial column for "Humor Beats Cancer" and writing The Survival Guide shared on his blog https://cancercrashcourse.blogspot.com/ .
To mount this second attack, Andrew and his family will need love and support along with financial assistance to seek second opinions and participate in promising clinical trials. Medical procedures and travel expenses will need to be covered.
To begin, Andrew and his family will seek a second opinion at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto with a recommended Sarcoma Specialist. Doctor appointments, CT scans, lab procedures, lab result consultations, family travel from San Diego, ground transportation and lodging are all foreseen expenses.
Second opinion recommendations will dictate future medical treatments and participation in qualifying clinical trials that will most likely occur outside of San Diego.
