Help Andrew go to College

My friend Andrew is a 19 year old student in the Bay Area who took a gap year after graduating high school in 2017 in order to save up to move closer to his job and go to college. Earlier this year he was accepted into multiple art colleges in California and accepted an admission offer at CCA, but had to defer his enrollment until January of 2019 due to financial issues. 

This is his last chance to go to school without reenrolling and paying for application fees again, he is currently financially independent, and while financial aid will cover the rest of his housing and tuition for this semester, he does not have the money to make his initial deposits. He has been working and saving up but still does not have enough as he has to spend a significant part of his salary on transportation to work. The school has given him an extension but he is running out of time to make them and his payments need to be made by December 11th.  Any donation can help him finally be able to go to college and further his education.
