Help Angel fix her car and pay bills

I am 34 years old, I am a single mom to a wonderful 8 year old son. I was doing good and thriving at the beginning of the pandemic until I caught COVID last November, which caused a heart condition and has since rendered me disabled. I am unable to work to make ends meet, I am behind on all of my bills. I owe almost $1400 in back rent and this is even with DSS helping. My original car I had got re-poed in February because I couldn't do the payments, I got that car in october last year and 4 days later tested positive for COVID. Obviously,  i wasn't able to make payments as I wasn't able to keep doing Instacart and Door Dash (which is what I was doing to stay afloat). On top of my heart condition I am also chronically ill. I have hatchimotos disease/Hypothyroidisim and Lupus Nephritis of my kidneys. (mainly my left one). I love cooking and even though I am struggling there is always someone out there who may be worse off than I am, so I try to help when I am able. I am pending disability and the state loves to try to prove that you ARE not disabled to not pay you anything you would need. My car I bought from facebook marketplace when I got muyincome tax return they never gave me last year. That car ended up being a major lemon. I am unable to keep up with it because I am finacially struggling. My car has slowly just been dying, I am literally driving it until it dies at this point. The motor mount is broken, the transmission is shot, the traction control is messed up, and it doesnt even have an emergency brake as I found out recently the line was cut before I got the car.
