Help Angel Graduate from Howard University

Hello, my name is Angel Bryant and I am a graduating honors senior, International Affairs major, and Japanese minor at Howard University. I was raised by my grandmother and am currently independent. Despite a 3.89 GPA, no financial holds due to scholarships, and an internship due to start in 1 week, I might not be able to graduate for the simple fact I cannot afford to pay my housing deposit and leave my hometown.
My final semester began 1 week ago and I am 700 miles away from school. Because I cannot afford what colleges consider "indirect costs" of attendance, I risk my future and and squander the hard work I put into my education. I humbly ask for $200 to cover my housing deposit, $200 to cover my train ticket, and $100 to cover meals and transportation during the two day journey.
This is not the first time my education has come into jeopardy. I nearly lost my life twice to SLE & Lupus Nephritis, once during my freshman year and then my sophomore year before I was diagnosed. I spent the second semester of my freshman year tuned in online from a hospital bed. I am still recovering physically and financially due to my hospitalizations, but I am in a much better state and close to the finish line.
UPDATE: I just received an email from Bursar stating they don't have a refund credit on file for me and that I owe a balance, despite no holds on my account or positive balance shown in my account on my end. This is most likely administrative error, but admin errors at Howard take weeks to settle at best (once, my freshman year, an admin error with my account took 3 months to settle). I was hoping to get my refund soon so I can attend class, but that news shattered any hopes I had for an independent solution. It is now imperative I receive outside help to continue my education.
After I graduate from Howard, I plan to attend graduate school and earn a master's degree in International Affairs / Relations.
No donation is too small! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and thank you in advance for donating!
