Help Angela fight stage IV colon cancer
Angela’s world was forever changed when she heard the words, ‘You have cancer’ on June 21, 2021. Angela is fighting stage IV colon cancer. The primary tumor is in the sigmoid region of her colon and has spread to her liver. Since being diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer, she has had four rounds of chemotherapy. Her chemotherapy is a cocktail of four chemotherapy drugs, called FOLFOXIRI, which is infused on an outpatient basis every 14 days, with additional medications infused at home. Angela is still working and keeping up with her social life as best as she can. Exhaustion is setting in. On Monday, August 16, Angela and Andy will drive to Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa to repeat her scans to check on the tumor size and determine the next steps. As though cancer is not hard enough, treatments and visits are costly. Any donation would help take the worry off her mind regarding her mounting expenses with the future costs she is facing. Angela is a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her support system is robust. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. We are all grateful for the friends and family who love her. Stay strong, Angela; you got this!
