Help Angela through her transplant journey.

Hi, my name is Edith. I am Angela's mom. Last September, Angela was told she had stage 5 kidney disease and needed a kidney transplant. She was placed on dialysis, which has kept her body functioning until she was able to find a donor. Well, by the grace of God she has found a live donor. Medical Tests are coming along good for the kidney transplant, but she recently lost her job and lives alone; she has to pay for her bills on her own and can't work while she is recovering. She may need to hire a person to assist in her care. Since getting closer to surgery, she is having to go to more and more doctor appointments which makes it difficult to work right now.

Angela has always, even during these hard times, kept a smile on her face. She still puts other people first and continues to have a positive attitude. These are the traits that tell most about the person she is.
