Help Care for Angelique at Home

Angelique used to teach first grade and transitional kindergarten at St. Raphael's elementary and preschool. That is how I first met her in 2003. She was my son's teacher. We were later coworkers also at the preschool. She was working there when she got diagnosed with breast cancer, she beat that and was doing well for a while. Then it came back as brain cancer, and she is fighting to get better, but she is not winning this battle. The cancer has spread everywhere, and she is on palliative care. She was miserable at the hospital and just wants to be at home. That is where she is now with her husband and daughter. Family, former neighbors, close friends from high school and college stop by to help care for her, but she now needs help around-the-clock, and we are hoping to raise money to help pay for home health to assist her at home.
