Help Ann in her Brain Injury Healing Journey
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
This is Ann's neighbor, today marks 13 months since Ann's traumatic brain injury.
She is a mother and a wonderful neighbor and has always looked out for her community since before I lived here.
Before the accident, she worked as a home care hospice nurse for three years and continued to work with her patients through COVID. She helped and healed others on their journey as if they were her own family. Now it's our turn.
However, her injury has left her unable to work and without income she risks being evicted. She experiences silent seizures and tremors to this day.
Today we ask our community to help support our beloved friend. Any contribution helps, and for those of you who are unable to do so, we ask that you consider re-posting this on your social media platforms, as meeting this goal would be so unbelievably helpful to her family.
Her medical team tells us that although the journey of healing brain injury is long, healing is certainly possible. We believe Ann will heal and I know when she does, she will come out stronger and will continue to inspire us all. So far, Ann has worked tremendously hard in her therapies to get to where she is today— every little step forward matters. I am so proud of her bravery and strength through this immense trial.
In advance, I want to extend a deep gratitude for all of your prayers, concerns, well wishes, and messages. Please know that all contributions will go exclusively to medical and living expenses. We will continue to work together to get her to a better place.
With deep gratitude,
Avarie
